Lip Exercises
Squeeze your lips together and breathe in the air so that your cheek is empty. Hold this position for about thirty seconds. Repeat two times. Then move your lips and keep blowing air through your lips regularly. Do this five times. Then hold the opening and closing your mouth with your lips touching each other. Do this three times and then relax.
Cheek Exercise
Cheek is an important part of our face and cheeks therefore very important to exercise. One of the keys to practice smiling cheek. Constant smiling can help reduce fat face. Big smile with your lips closed and then show your teeth. Repeat this exercise three to four times. Then practice your cheek with your lips closed and blow air into your left cheek and then to the right cheek. Continue doing this for a few seconds. Repeat five times.
