    when the 30 sec break comes DO NOT TAKE A BREAK! Do bicycles till the 30 sec are up. This will burn a little more but its very effective

    @thomaashopee any ab workout that targets the abs will work really, its a matter off keeping at it, and the proper diet. also, if you fail to get abs, try weighted ab exercises (im an ectomorph and i treat the abs the same as every other muscle, low rep high weight.)

    I’m 16, and about your size. 5 – 10 pounds heavier.
    It shouldn’t take too long if you do it 5x a week. Just from doing traditional crunches, I got noticeable abs in about a month.

    the best way to burn fat is to jog (the speed between walking and jogging which is not very fast) for exactly 22 min.
    After for 30 seconds count your pulse:the target should be 25-30.avoid working to hard

    @0casimiro1 your abs are fast fast in recovering if you eat well so you could do it 5 times a week (if you eat and sleep well) to see progression you will have to do it at least 2 times a week depending on you metabolism. so just do it 3 times a week and you will get addicted ;)
