I have lived more years than I care to think, but, fortunately, who for years have been healthy. But not because I have “good genes” (not) or because I was lucky and overcome obstacles (no chance), not what happened, because I wanted to be healthy, so he worked in this direction. Now you may ask, who do not want to be healthy? Well my friend all you need do is sit at the mall for 30 minutes on any given Saturday and watch people and you will get your answer.

It is clear that very little! Obesity is rampant, with all disease is related hospital emergency visits soared and people go to the pharmacy’s disease in record numbers to source drugs that do nothing to improve their health. As the company prepared were misled about the health of complacency. What I mean is that individually and collectively, we believe a herd mentality and television adds new night and the hordes of so-called experts tell us what is and is not good for our health. We have abandoned our sense of God and receive healing attributes of the human body.

In its place we have our plans with care, vaccines, drugs and bad advice, just because he said it. Few of us take the time and effort to educate us on health issues. Our health is the most important question facing every human being in isolation and yet we act as if it’s hip to be fat and out of shape. We take our health error with a badge of honor. More specifically, I like my share of meat, potatoes, vegetables, fruits and many desserts. Everything in moderation of all cooked meats, but not fried differently and all fruits and vegetables without pesticides and chemicals. Eat moderate portions at each meal to the discipline not to overeat. Remember to eat to keep our bodies ability to function properly and for most of us do not need much food. I believe that food has become a big event, and we have to eat all we can in each session. Enjoy your meal, but remember that you eat, because it is a necessity.

5. Drink clean water with no chemical additives and drinking plenty of water.

6. Avoid consumption of sugar and salt used in moderation.

7. Packaged foods containing preservatives and dyes that are against nature for the human body

8. Wash (wash) of fruits and vegetables before eating them, unless they are loaded with organic chemicals.

9. Frying foods is a no, no to cancer carcinogens.

10. The chief of all, to live with what I put in my body is very simple, if a man is in substance as preservatives or dyes, or any of the long scientific names that are impossible to pronounce so I’m sure you will not want to eat .

11. In moderation is good, but do not apply here. I found the way back is fun and an exercise for the body. The march was also my two golden retriever puppies keeps me bouncing up and down. The key here is to be active DAILY remember that it is a lifestyle. If the power to do physical work outdoors, such as mowing the lawn is a real advantage, enjoy the outdoors and enjoy the benefits of both.

12. Love life and laugh a lot and often. Surround yourself with family and friends.

13. Stress is a murderer, is extremely important to avoid stress. I firmly believe that stress is the main health concern in our society. Stress is a huge burden on our immune system protects us from disease and have a weakened immune system, the door is open for all kinds of health problems.

14. Finally, and perhaps above all, to stand firm in their personal faith. Now what I said is relevant to all stay healthy throughout life, but would be an empty existence, if not married to my soulmate and totally committed to our marriage.
