Living a Happy and Healthy Life

A healthy life does not start with a happy life. Realistically, when you’re happy there’s no stress and better yet no complications in our lives. We live in a society that is going a hundred miles per hour and seems never to refuel. Have a happy life starts with making your surroundings enjoyable and your home a pleasant place to live, when we arrived home from work we want to launch the shoes and get in a state of relaxation. If the environment is dirty, it’s hard to relax.

A quiet room is the place to begin to relax. Once you sit and relax and calm day of work or activities that it is time to think of a place that makes you happy. Whether a field of daisies or a swimming pool floating on a raft. You feel happy and relaxed is essential for healthy living. In a healthy lifestyle, relaxation and meditation can be a part of your day, even at work. You can sit in the chair and think about their place of rest. Sometimes this technique several times a day, you find they are able to cope with the work stands a better way. Getting angry with others is just their bad day and theirs. In conclusion, it costs you nothing to relax and think of a quiet place to be. Just take a little time in his busy schedule to do this and soon their day will be more balanced. Living a Long Healthy Life

I have lived more years than I care to think, but, fortunately, who for years have been healthy. But not because I have “good genes” (not) or because I was lucky and overcome obstacles (no chance), not what happened, because I wanted to be healthy, so he worked in this direction. In the fast paced world that we live in it can be easy to neglect our health and wellness. We’re so busy racing through our day to day lives – family, friends, work, social engagements – that we don’t take the time to look after ourselves. Drink Drink Drink…

You’ve heard it a million times and you’ll probably hear it a million more – drink more water!

Think about it: The human body is 72% water. A 5% drop in fluids creates a 25-30% loss in energy. A 15% drop in fluids causes death! At this point in time 66% of us aren’t drinking enough water, so over half the population isn’t running on all six cylinders to begin with – before things like bad air, bad food and stress take their toll.

It’s not really a difficult thing to remedy. Just drink one glass of water every half hour or so – or 10-12 glasses of water per day – and you’ll notice a huge jump in your energy levels.
